Gang-Lang is a real-time audio translation desktop application. The Service captures system audio and provides live transcription and translation using third-party speech recognition APIs.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Every new user receives 1 free hour upon registration to evaluate the Service. This trial is provided once per device and is intended to allow users to assess the Service before making a purchase.
Gang-Lang offers pay-as-you-go pricing. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service through the free trial and agree to the no-refund policy. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
You agree not to use the Service to record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all parties involved, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with Gang-Lang are owned by the service operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or professional purposes.
Gang-Lang is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
